Loan Officers

FEMBi Mortgage is home to some of the most successful Loan Officers in our business. In most of the markets that we serve, many of the area’s top loan officers have made FEMBi their home. The reason is our dedication to excellent customer service and communication throughout the organization.

Corporate Accounts
FEMBi is contracted to provide mortgage services to over 100 locations of credit unions and community banks throughout Florida. These accounts are assigned to our retail loan originators to help them grow their business.

Mortgage Products
FEMBi is a FNMA approved seller/servicer, an approved FHA DE lender, and a VA automatic lender. Besides the standard conventional, FHA and VA loan products, we offer a wide array of non-conforming and specialty products that include:

Our Loan Officer Compensation plan is customized to each loan officer’s business model. You earn what you want, and what is supported by your target market and product mix. It’s one of the most aggressive plans approved by the CFPB.

College Recruitment Program

FEMBi values early talent. Semi-annually, FEMBi hires recent graduates from top local universities for our Mortgage Management Training Program where candidates work with an experienced trainer in each of the company’s core departments. FEMBi pays for all state and federal education requirements and fees in order for candidates to obtain licensure. After successful completion of the program, candidates will be evaluated and assigned to the department where they have demonstrated the most interest, strengths and competencies taking into consideration the company’s business needs.
