Due to some financial difficulties I experienced several years ago, I had convinced myself that I would never become a homeowner. Mr. Moreno and his staff took the time to work with me, evaluate my entire financial profile and explain what his challenges were to qualify me for a loan. After developing a financial mortgage plan, explaining several loan scenarios and evaluating several of the homes I was interested in, it is easy to say that Mr. Moreno and his staff lead me from hopeless to homeowner. Without the dedication and hard work FEMBI and Mr. Moreno put in, I do not think I would be a homeowner today.
